The whales are here!
Every year from June to December Southern Right Whales from around the
world migrate to this region to calve their young in the protected inlets of this part of the Indian
Ocean.
Its a time of celebration. Come and get up close with these true gentle
giants of the sea. Hermanus , located in the heart of the
whale route is unquestionably the whale capital of the world. From the cliffs lining Walker's Bay
you can watch these majestic creatures frolicking in the sea as they too celebrate the magic of
