|Haaskraal is a picturesque working export grape and wine grape farm.The original owner was Pieter van Heerden who arrived in South Africa from the Netherlands in 1701 and aquired the farm in 1720. The original homestead is now the Guest House.|
The main house consists of three beautifully styled bedrooms all on-suite with one having an additional room with two single beds (family suite).
There is a seperate self-catering cottage situated by the pool.

|Haaskraal can serve as a base to travel to various interesting and delightful towns nearby.The nearest town Wellington is the centre of the Vine Industry. The town and surrounds offer exhilirating mountain bike and walking trails, a scenic drive over Bains's Kloof, and wine enthusiasts can visit cellars along the Paarl, Wellington, Franschoek and Stellenbosch Wine Routes.|
On the farm you can enjoy fishing by the river, or take a gentle stroll along the beautiful lanes amongst the vineyards, cycle around or just enjoy the fresh air and scenery.
If it is summer, enjoy lazing next to the pool, and for our winter visitors, curl up in front of a log fire with a glass of red wine!
