We overnighted at Slippers on our way back to Cape Town and were extremely happy with the establishment. We were given a warm and totally hospitable welcome/farewell on our arrival/departure. The decor is unique and glows with the hostess's personal touch. Slippers is excellent value for money! ... and do try out the blikbord breakfast!

A big plus for this establishment
We slept over for just one night to attend a funeral the next day but it is definitely worth to spend your holiday there. Sanet gave us a very warm welcome and goodbye so that we felt like home. The flat is beautifully decorated, interestingly artistic with sense for details in every room and even outside you can find some interesting decoration. Also very comfortable is the quiet garden. We enjoyed the cool breeze while relaxing in the shade around the braai area. We slept very well in the comfortable and spacious king-size bed (uncommon for South Africa thus a big plus for this establishment). Because most establishments rigidly adhere to arrival and departure times we highly appreciated the kind offer in letting us use the flat until late afternoon on the day of the funeral. Here you really get great value for your money.

The entire experience was one that I will definitely recommend to others. From the online enquiry, the account set up, the speed at which the quote was received, the payment portal and the confirmation, was professionally dealt with. The welcome and flexibility of Sanet and Lisa from Slippers was legendary. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and the "little" touches were most welcoming. We enjoyed our stay immensely and I will be using both services in the future.

WE WILL BE BACK...
It is an amazing place - clean, neat, presentable, well equipped, comfortable, quaint and value for money. The stunning decor adds that extra touch of home-to-home comforts. I'll put my slippers under that comfy bed again!
The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely braai area. We charged our batteries in the peaceful environs. I really like their 'plunge pool'.....See "Slippers" soon.
